Saginaw River Passages - July 4th-6th

The Olive L. Moore - Lewis J. Kuber was inbound the Saginaw River on Wednesday, carrying a split load for the Essexville and Saginaw Lafarge Stone Docks. The pair completed their unload and were outbound for the lake, but stopped at the Bay City Wirt Stone dock for repairs their bow thruster. They departed Wirt and were once again back outbound for the lake Friday evening.


Inbound Friday evening was the Dorothy Ann - Pathfinder with a cargo for the Bay Aggregates Dock in Bay City. The pair were outbound early Saturday morning.

  2. Hi Dan,

    I was working my job as a deckhand on the Princess Wenonah, and we passed the Pathfinder just before the Confined Disposal Island near the mouth of the Saginaw River. That is where I took the photos, out in the Saginaw Bay.

  3. Sorry, the third shot was taken on our return trip as she was backing into the Bay Aggregates slip in Bay City
