This is down one passage from the same month last year, and one less then the 5-year average of 14 vessel passages. For the year to date, there have been 112 commercial vessel passages on the Saginaw River. This number represents an increase of 20 passages over the same time period in 2014, and in increase of four passages over the 5-year average of 108.
