Saginaw River Passage - July 25, 2026: Manitoulin

Manitoulin upbound on the Saginaw River, near Cheboyganning Creek on Saturday evening. She had arrived earlier in the day, waiting briefly on Saginaw Bay for the outbound Sam Laud to clear the slip, before stopping at Port Fisher to unload a partial cargo for Bay Aggregates, then heading upriver to finish unloading at the Burroughs North/GM Dock in Saginaw. Saginaw River Passage - July 25, 2026: Sam Laud

Sam Laud was back on the Saginaw River, Saturday morning, backing into the slip at Port Fisher to unload for Bay Aggregates.  She completed her unload and was outbound for the lake later in the afternoon.  Photos Taken 7/25/26

Alpena arrived on the Saginaw River during the afternoon hours on Friday, July 24th, calling on the Amrize Cement Dock in Essexville to unload.  She remained there overnight and was still there Saturday morning.  Photos taken 7/24/26

Saginaw River Passage - July 23, 2026: Sam Laud

Sam Laud arrived on the Saginaw River overnight, traveling to the upper river to unload at the Burroughs North/GM Dock in Saginaw.  She finished unloading by early morning, turned in the Sixth Street Turning Basin, and was outbound for the lake before noon.  There photos are taken of Sam Laud at the Burroughs North/GM Dock in Saginaw this morning, tied up with her boom in the saddle, as she waited for U.S. Coast Guard Station Saginaw River's 49' BUSL 49422 to clear the turning basin.  Photos taken 7/23/26
