Alpena arrived on the Saginaw River overnight, calling on the Lafarge Cement Dock in Essexville to unload powdered cement.

Saginaw River Passages - May 17th

Overnight, the tug Defiance and her self unloading barge, Ashtabula, arrived on the Saginaw River, calling on the Port Fisher/Bay Aggregates Dock in Bay City.  Later in the morning, Algoma Innovator arrived on the river, calling on the North Star Fertilizer Dock in Essexville to unload.

Wednesday saw Iver Bright arrive on the Saginaw River at sunrise, calling on the Bit-Mat Products Dock at Port Fisher in Bay City. Iver Bright was assisted by the tug Manitou.
