Saginaw River Passage - May 22, 2025: American Courage

Back on the Saginaw River for the second time in three days, American Courage made her way up the river to the Wirt Stone Dock in Bay City to unload the first part of a split cargo.  When finished at Bay City Wirt, American Courage will continue to the upper river to finish unloading at a Saginaw area dock.  Photos taken 5/22/25

Saginaw River Passage - May 20, 2025: Undaunted/Pere Marquette 41

The Interlake Logistics Solutions tug, Undaunted, with barge Pere Marquette 41 arrived on the Saginaw River Tuesday evening, entering the slip at Port Fisher to unload for Bay Aggregates.  The pair finished their unload and were back outbound for the lake early Wednesday morning.  Photos taken on 5/20/25

Saginaw River Passage - May 20, 2025: American Courage

American Courage arrived on the Saginaw River Tuesday morning, make her first visit here during the 2025 season.  She delivered a split load to the Wirt Stone Docks in Bay City and Saginaw.  Photos taken 5/20/25

Saginaw River Passage - U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Spar

The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Spar arrived on Saginaw Bay to work Aids to Navigation for the Saginaw River Entrance Channel, replacing winter aids with summer aids, making repairs to buoys, and placing buoys back on station.  Photos taken 5/17/25






Saginaw River Passage - May 15, 2025: Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder

Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder made their first visit of the season to the Saginaw River on Thursday, arriving with a split cargo for the Burroughs North Docks in Essexville and Zilwaukee. After unloading, the pair were back outbound for the lake Friday morning. Photos taken on 5/15/25 at the Saginaw River Front Range.

Saginaw River Passage - May 13, 2025: Samuel de Champlain/Innovation

Samuel de Champlain/Innovation were back on the Saginaw River with another load of powdered cement from Alpena.  The pair arrived on May 13th, calling on the Holcim Cement Dock in Essexville and were still there unloading on the afternoon of May 14th.  Photos taken 5/14/25
