USS Edson Arrival - August 7th

The USS Edson, with the tugs Colonel & Manitou, arrived on the Saginaw River on Tuesday, arriving at the Essexville Wirt Sand and Stone dock around 8:45am.  The Edson will be moored here temporarily until her permanent moorings near the Independence Bridge are complete.


Led by the tug Colonel and trailed by the tug Manitou, the USS Edson
makes her way to her new home in Bay City, MI
