Saginaw River Passage - September 20th

BBC Peru inbound on the Saginaw River, headed for the Port Fisher Dock in Bay City to unload wind turbine blades.  She was assisted to the dock by the Malcom Marine, Inc. tug Manitou.

Saginaw River Passage - September 19th

Alpena arrived on the Saginaw River and was unloading at the Lafarge Cement Dock in Essexville.  The tug Manitou rests just off her bow, waiting for the next saltie with turbine blades to arrive.

Olive L. Moore - Menominee outbound on the Saginaw River at the Veteran's Memorial Bridge in Bay City.  The pair had unloaded overnight at the ACE/Saginaw Paving - Buena Vista Dock.

 Herbert C. Jackson outbound on the Saginaw River, passing the BBC Song unloading wind turbine blades at Port Fisher, after unloading at the Wirt Sand and Stone Dock in Essexville.  The HCJ backed down to the Bay Aggregates slip to turn around before heading to the lake.  It was also great to see my good friend Logan Vasicek and get a wave!
