Saginaw River - August 2nd
Built in 1919, the 102 year old tug Gregory J. Busch rests on the Saginaw River, alongside the tug Barbara Merry Busch at the Busch Marine Inc. dock in Carrollton. The Barbara Merry Busch, having seen better days, was built right here on the Saginaw River at the Defoe Shipyard in 1938. Both have had various names and owners over the years. The Gregory J. Busch did not work in 2020 and again so far in 2021.
