Saginaw River Passage - November 17, 2024: Tug North Dakota & Iver Bright

Tug North Dakota was working on the Saginaw River, assisting Iver Bright to and into the slip at Port Fisher in Bay City. 

St. Clair River/Port Huron Trip - November 11, 2024: Atlantic Huron

Atlantic Huron coming off Lake Huron and passing under the Blue Water Bridge. Hard to believe this was a week ago already and I am still going through photos from this trip!

St. Clair River/Port Huron Trip - November 11, 2024: Isabelle G.

Raced from the hotel to catch Isabelle G as she headed out onto Lake Huron from the St. Clair River. I didn't have time to get the drone in the air, sadly, missing out on what I think would have been some great shots. The Port Huron trip continues. Atlantic Huron and Indiana Harbor yet to come.

Saginaw River Passage - November 15, 2024: Tug Kathy Lynn

Tug Kathy Lynn on the Saginaw River. The first three photos were taken on November 9th, when I was down at the river getting photos of the Herbert C. Jackson, visible in the background. The next three photos were taken on November 15th, while I was also shooting Manitowoc and Undaunted/PM 41.

As of yesterday, November 15th, dredging operations are done for the season on the Saginaw River, with the tugs Kathy Lynn, Thomas R. Morrish, and Kimberly Joy all departing by the evening hours on the 15th.
