Saginaw River Passage - December 6th

The tug Laura L. VanEnkevort and her self-unloading barge, Joseph H. Thompson, were forced to stop just above the Lafayette Bridge in Bay City during their outbound trip, as the bridge had a mechanical failure.  The pair had to tread water there for hours while the bridge was repaired.

Saginaw River Passage - December 4th

Alpena was inbound on the Saginaw River, calling on the Lafarge Cement Dock in Essexville to unload.  I took a trip back down to the dock after dark to shoot some night shots as well.
