Saginaw River Updates

Things have been really slow on the Saginaw River, as there has not been a commercial vessel passage/delivery since October 8th. Algorail has been at anchor out in the inner Saginaw Bay for the past 24 hours.

The upper river dredging is finished for the season. Wednesday saw the Ryba Marine tug, Tenacious, depart the Saginaw River with few barges that had been moved down to the Essroc dock in Essexville earlier in the day. Tenacious stated that she was headed to Cleveland.
