The James Norris was joined by Algorail out on the Saginaw Bay, Sunday night. The pair were able to come off the hook Monday morning and finally head up the Saginaw River to unload. James Norris came in first and called on the Sargent dock in Zilwaukee. Algorail was not far behind, and traveled all of the way up river to the Sixth Street Turning Basin to unload at the Lafarge Stone Dock in Saginaw. Both vessels were expected to be outbound late Monday evening.
