The Herbert C. Jackson called on the Saginaw River late Saturday night, carrying a split cargo. The Jackson dropped part of her cargo at the Wirt Stone Dock in Bay City, then traveled up to finish at the Wirt Stone Dock in Saginaw.The tug Dorothy Ann and barge Pathfinder called on the Saginaw River on a very foggy Monday morning, unloading the the Essexville Wirt Sand and Stone Dock. Once finished, the pair departed the dock and were outbound for the lake.
