Deegan, inbound on the Saginaw River headed for the Port Fisher Terminals dock in Bay City. This is the first time for the tug Candace Elise bringing the Robert F. Deegan into the Saginaw River. The Dann Marine tug, Zeus, used to handle this run in past years.
