Saginaw River Passage - September 6, 2023 - Part 2

Too much rain to fly the drone, but I still stood in the rain to get these shots of North Dakota assisting Algoma Intrepid up the Saginaw River, passing through Downtown Bay City on their way to the GM Dock in Saginaw.
