U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service vessel Spencer F. Baird arrived on the Saginaw River, late on June 4th, tying up at the Port Fisher Terminals Dock in Bay City. Since arriving she has been making daily trips out into Saginaw Bay and then returning to the dock. The 95 foot long Spencer F. Baird is a fish stocking and population assessment vessel.
