The tug Meredith Ashton arrived on the Saginaw River early Tuesday morning, tying up at the Port Fisher Terminals Dock in Bay City. She departed Tuesday night, headed for the lake, towing the barge Justin Avery, with the tug Fischer Hayden made up to the rear of the barge.
