After arriving on Saginaw Bay and going to anchor off Pt. AuGres on April 7th, Sam Laud finally made her way inbound during the afternoon on April 10th, delivering a split cargo to the Wirt Stone Docks in Bay City and Saginaw. Sam Laud had anchored out, waiting for strong currents in the Saginaw River to subside before coming in to unload and becoming the first vessel to travel to the upper river, through the Bay City bridges, for the 2025 season.
