Defiance/Ashtabula were inbound on the Saginaw River Wednesday morning, after arriving on Saginaw Bay early Tuesday morning, then going to anchor to wait for gale force winds to diminish before coming into the river. The pair made the turn into the slip at Port Fisher to unload for Bay Aggregates in Bay City. The dock has now received the last three deliveries in a row, with Robert S. Pierson and Manitowoc each delivering there as well since Sunday. Photos taken April 16, 2025
