The third vessel to arrive Tuesday on the Saginaw River was Mark W. Barker, coming in with a split cargo for the Wirt Stone Docks in Bay City and Saginaw. Barker stopped at the Bay City Dock unloading a partial cargo, then waited for both Manitowoc and Robert S. Pierson to clear outbound, before heading up to Wirt Saginaw to finish unloading.
