Tuesday and Wednesday have been tug/barge days on the Saginaw River. G.L. Ostrander/Integrity arrived at the Holcim Cement Dock in Essexville on Tuesday to unload. The pair were followed by Olive L. Moore/Menominee, who arrived with a split load for the Wirt Stone docks in Bay City and Saginaw. Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder arrived late Tuesday night, pulling into the slip at Port Fisher to unload for Bay Aggregates, and Fischer Hayden/Justin Avery have been operating between the Port Fisher Terminals Dock and the Confined Disposal Island off the mouth of the Saginaw River, working on a project for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
